HMK in Amsterdam...
A few years ago, at Harpers Ferry during an ILL BILL show, he told Kracka, then everyone else that if they could make it to A'dam for a show, he would smoke them up.
We made a deal that we would wait to visit Amsterdam until Ill Bill was playing there, give us our 'reason' to go. Now, Kracka's Birthday is in a few weeks and Ill Bill is playing in Amsterdam a little over a month...
We are supposed to be hitting up the GotJ for the 9th Year in a Row the weekend before... In Illinois.... We are having an incredibly hard time figuring out what to do, we ARE going to Amsterdam, everything happens for a reason and we made that decision before the show was announced. Have our passsports and money ready and waiting...
Can we feasibly do both? Mentally.... Not sure...

6 Days and 5 nights in Amsterdam! And #HMK Hell yeah!
We get there 8/17 in the a.m. and leave 8/22 in the p.m.
Btw... Don't get it twisted... When Bill gave that offer a few years ago, we never thought we would be blessed enough to be able to really do this, we had no car, no licenses, got our food at the food pantry and collected change for blunts, but Karma being what it is...
Things have changed the past few years. Our lives are incredible and we are able to make this dream a reality, we are always appreciative for the blessings in our life and give thanks more than once a day.
This is something we have talked about going together for over 8 years, espescially since both of us quit drinking 10+ years ago. We can actually go bar hopping, or go out at night in general and not want to murder every drunk fuck there!
Wish the timing was different, because this may be the first GotJ we have missed in 9 years, kinda heartbreaking for us... but 'Everything Happens For A Reason'. We live by it everyday so can't question it now... Life is too short!

Hell yeah the day has finally come! Heavy Metal Kings in RI!! So excited to see Ill Bill, Vinnnie Paz, Slaine, Q-Unique and Joint Damage. Really excited that the show is at The MET too, great venue. We are going to be kicking it in Worcester at The Palladium in the parking lot before TechN9ne to visit homies who already had their Tech Tix when this show was announced and our Strangerz who had to pick sides. If you are going tonight or have already gone... Please post up a review... Some pics etc.! GoOOoooooooOOOOOoooNS! bitchfac3 mentioned something about #IHOP after the show. Mmmm |

Anyone hitting up the Amsterdam show? We are leaving Boston in 8 Days!! So excited! Ok we are leaving home in a few hours for Boston to jump an overnight flight to Europe! SOOOOOooOOOo excited! We are staying at some mad fancy Hotel... The Grand Amrath Amsterdam for a week. we should have our comp so we can post updates, can't wait for the show Friday! |
