In March of 1989 G.G. Allin was arrested in Milwaukee following a show at the Odd Rock Café. According to reports G.G. Allin caused a bit of a fuss within the first 15 minutes of the show when he defecated on stage. The show was promptly stopped by the club’s owner, Jack Koshik. It was here where Allin and his band began throwing stuff at the unsuspecting crowd—including the offending defecation. (It should be noted that G.G.’s bodily waste was the most accessible thing that he ever produced.) Koshik would soon file a $2 million civil lawsuit against Allin.
Allin appeared in a Milwaukee court room two years later to answer to the criminal charges of disorderly conduct and public indecency . Surprisingly enough Allin was convicted by a jury. In fact the jury reached their decision in just under 2 hours and half hours. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and was ordered to pay a $1000 fine.
